We are responsible for the personal information submitted through our travel advisor and local travel specialist application forms.
Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, telephone number, general location, professional background, business or agency information, website, experience, sales range, regional specialties, partnership history, and written application responses.
Why We Use Your Information
We use applicant information only for purposes directly connected to our travel services. These purposes include receiving, reviewing, and evaluating applications; verifying qualifications or production where appropriate; communicating about the application; arranging conversations; making acceptance or partnership decisions; administering an advisor or partner relationship; supporting directly related travel-service operations; preventing misuse; and maintaining appropriate business and compliance records.
We do not use applicant information for unrelated purposes, sell or rent it, or allow third parties to use it for their own unrelated advertising or marketing.
Our Legal Bases
For applicants in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we process personal information when necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to pursue our legitimate interests in evaluating and administering advisor or partner relationships, and where necessary to comply with legal obligations. We do not rely on the application acknowledgement as consent to unrelated uses or marketing.
Who May Receive the Information
Access is limited to authorized personnel and carefully selected service providers who need the information to support application administration, directly related travel services, website form processing, communications, hosting, security, or legal and compliance requirements. These providers may process information only to perform services for us or as otherwise required by law; sharing information with a service provider does not constitute selling it.
We do not sell, rent, or exchange applicant personal information with data brokers, advertisers, or other third parties for their independent use.
International Transfers
We are based in the United States. Information submitted from another country may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
How Long We Keep It
For applicants who are not accepted, we generally retain application information for up to 12 months after the application process ends, unless a longer period is required for legal, dispute, security, or recordkeeping reasons. If you join or partner with us, relevant information becomes part of the applicable business relationship record and is retained according to our legal and operational requirements.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live. These rights may be subject to legal limitations and retention obligations.
