Information About Other Travelers

If you provide personal information about another traveler, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it and, where required, have obtained that traveler’s permission. Please share this policy with the other traveler. Other travelers may contact us directly to exercise any privacy rights available to them.

How and Why We Use Information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries; understand travel preferences; design, quote, reserve, administer, and support travel; communicate about trips; coordinate with travel suppliers and service providers; maintain business and compliance records; protect our website, clients, and business; improve our services; and meet legal, regulatory, accounting, and security obligations.

We do not rent personal information or provide it to third parties for their own unrelated direct marketing. We do not use personal information for our own cross-context behavioral advertising.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where European or United Kingdom data-protection law applies, we process information when necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests that do not override your rights, protect vital interests where appropriate, or act with your consent when consent is required. When We Share Information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary with hotels, resorts, cruise lines, airlines when included in an eligible travel arrangement, tour operators, destination-management companies, transportation providers, travel insurers, booking and payment providers, technology and communications vendors, website-form processors, hosting and analytics providers, professional advisers, governmental authorities, and other parties involved in arranging or supporting the requested services.

Travel suppliers and certain other recipients may act as independent data controllers under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization or transfer subject to appropriate protections.

Cookies and Website Analytics

Our website uses technologies necessary for security and operation and offers optional analytics through Google Analytics. Analytics is disabled unless you choose “Accept Analytics” in our cookie-consent banner. You may decline analytics without losing access to the website and may change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Cookie Preferences” control in the footer. If accepted, Google Analytics may receive device and usage information to help us understand how visitors use the website. We are based in the United States and arrange international travel. How Long We Retain Information

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. In determining the appropriate period, we consider the duration of the client or applicant relationship, the travel services requested, supplier and reservation requirements, sensitivity of the information, potential disputes, security and fraud-prevention needs, and applicable legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and regulatory obligations. Financial, transaction, and compliance records may be retained for the periods required by law, while information that is no longer needed is deleted, de-identified, or securely disposed of when reasonably practicable.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so we encourage you to use caution when sending information online.

Our services are intended for adults arranging travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly through this website from children under 13 in the United States. Where European data-protection law applies, the age at which a child may independently consent to certain online processing may vary by country, generally between 13 and 16. Information about a minor may be provided by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized traveler when necessary to arrange travel, subject to appropriate authorization or consent.

Automated Decision-Making

We do not use solely automated decision-making, including profiling, to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning travelers or applicants.
