A Few Things to Know Before We Begin

Yes. We are a fully established travel agency based in Miami, Florida, and registered to do business in Florida and Illinois. We hold Seller of Travel registrations in Florida and California. We are an IATAN-accredited agency, a member of CLIA and ASTA, and an affiliate of Travel Leaders Network. Several of these credentials carry compliance, financial responsibility, and bonding requirements, and we maintain all applicable protections.

We plan travel for residents of every U.S. state except Hawaii, Washington, and Maryland. We are not registered as a seller of travel in those three states, so we are unable to sell travel to their residents. If you live in one of those states, we recommend reaching out to a local travel agency there. We hold the Seller of Travel registrations required to serve residents of Florida and California.

We're not the right fit for bargain hunters. We love a good deal too, but we won't compromise the quality of your experience just to reach the lowest price. If price is your top priority, an online booking site will serve you better, and we'd rather say so before we begin than after. Our value is in the planning: trusted partners on the ground, thoughtful pacing, and careful attention to the details that make a trip feel effortless. We work best with travelers who see that expertise as part of what they're investing in.

Every journey begins with a focused planning conversation. We take the time to understand your destination interests, priorities, travel style, timing, budget, and the details that matter most to you.

For travel with an established supplier itinerary, such as cruises and guided tours, a planning fee is generally not required. Fully customized journeys begin with a $500 design and planning fee for up to four travelers.

For fully customized international journeys, we recommend planning for approximately $4,500–$6,500 per person for Premium travel, $6,500–$14,000 per person for Luxury travel, and $14,500+ per person for Ultra-Luxury experiences, based on double occupancy.

No. We do not offer standalone airfare booking or ticketing for domestic or international flights. When airfare is available as part of a vacation package, cruise, tour, or other qualifying travel arrangement, we may include it as part of the overall journey.

Travel insurance is optional, but we strongly encourage our clients to consider coverage, especially for international travel.

For international custom journeys, we recommend beginning the planning process approximately 9–12 months in advance. For cruises, we recommend securing your preferred sailing and accommodations at least six months in advance, and often earlier for high-demand departures.
